- IMPACT Sexual Integrity Training
- In 1988, PASS began a sexual purity and integrity program called "IMPACT" in response to requests from local public school teachers. They observed that after sex education programming was delivered in their schools, students were becoming more and more sexually active, at younger and younger ages. They saw bright, happy teenagers become depressed, distracted, and their grades dropping. Teenage girls were getting pregnant and dropping out of school. In short, they saw that simple sex education programs were reaping disappointing consequences.
- PASS was asked to help students become aware that contraception did not erase the negative aftermath of sexual activity. Real people, students just like them, were at PASS trying to put the pieces of their lives back together again after experiencing the consequences of unhealthy choices.
- PASS developed age-appropriate sexual integrity programs specifically for junior high students, senior high students, young adults and parents.
- Today PASS as an array of Sexual Purity and Integrity Programs for various ages including parent and teacher programs.
- Seminars are also available, as are assembly presentations to larger school groups.
- All programs positively encourage young people to make healthy decisions to remain abstinent or recommit to sexual integrity.
