- School Services
- History:
- PASS has worked with public, private, and parochial schools, particularly through teaching sexual abstinence through PASS' Impact Purity and Integrity Training.
- In 1988, PASS began the IMPACT program in response to requests from teachers from local public schools. They observed that after sex education programming was delivered in their schools, students were becoming more and more sexually active, at younger and younger ages. They saw bright, happy teenagers become depressed, distracted, and their grades dropping. Teenage girls were getting pregnant, and dropping out of school.
PASS was asked help students become aware that contraception did not erase the negative aftermath of sexual activity, and real people, students just like them, were at PASS trying to put the pieces of their lives back together again after experiencing the consequences of unhealthy choices.
PASS developed age appropriate sexual integrity programs specifically for Junior High, Senior High, Young Adults and Parents.
Programs can be tailored from 1 - 8 sessions depending on needs of the school or church.
Assembly presentations to larger school groups.
All programs positively encourage young people to make healthy decisions to remain or recommit to sexual integrity.
